Trust welcomes Melissa Watson

The Twickenham Riverside Trust is pleased to welcome Melissa Watson to its Board of Trustees. Watson is a Richmond Council appointee and she replaces Matt Maher who has recently moved on.

Trust chair Hugh Brasher said: "I want to thank Matt for his hard work, his support and his commitment to the Trust in his time with us. It's vital that we hold good relationships with Richmond Council and Matt played an important role in helping us to establish these and in supporting our broader work. I am very pleased to welcome Melissa, a local resident, to the fold and look forward to working on her on a variety of issues, not least the next steps on the riverside development." Watson added: “I am delighted to be invited to become a Trustee of the Twickenham Riverside Trust. As a long-time resident of the borough I have been able to appreciate the importance of our unique riverside locations, and how much they are valued by our local community and visitors alike. I look forward to supporting the work of the Twickenham Riverside Trust.”
